Privacy
1. Controller
알티피전스(Altifigence) is the controller for personal data processed by PCCX™ Labs, except where a third party acts as an independent controller under its own policy.
Controller details: 알티피전스(Altifigence), representative 김현우, business registration number 380-07-03687, address 160 Landmark-ro, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea 22017. Additional commerce notice fields, including phone and e-commerce filing number, will be posted before the live paid checkout is opened.
2. Data collected
- Account data: name, email address, login identifiers, subscription tier, entitlement state, and account settings.
- Organization data: company name, billing contact details, procurement details, and plan administration details when provided.
- Support data: correspondence, support requests, diagnostic descriptions, files or logs voluntarily provided for support, and related communications.
- Server and access logs: IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamps, security events, error logs, and CDN or hosting logs needed to operate and secure the site and service.
- Billing-reference data: order identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, invoice references, and support records related to purchases.
- Payment data handled by Paddle: payment method details, card data, tax data, billing records, invoices, checkout records, refund records, and chargeback records are collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record, not by PCCX™ Labs.
3. Purposes of use
- Provide, authenticate, operate, maintain, and secure PCCX™ Labs.
- Administer subscriptions, entitlements, billing support, account notices, and customer support.
- Respond to inquiries, diagnose technical issues, and improve reliability.
- Process purchase support, entitlement delivery, refund coordination, cancellation support, and customer review package requests.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate abuse, fraud, service misuse, or security incidents.
4. Processors and third parties
- Paddle processes payments, checkout, billing, invoices, tax handling, refund workflows, chargeback workflows, and buyer support as Merchant of Record under Paddle's own buyer terms and privacy policy.
- Cloudflare provides hosting, CDN, DNS, security, caching, traffic routing, and access-log processing for pccx.ai.
- Email, support, repository, or documentation services may process personal data when you contact support, request Enterprise terms, or interact with linked public repositories and documentation sites.
Third-party services process personal data under their own terms, privacy policies, and security programs. Paddle's privacy policy is available at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
5. Cookies and tracking
pccx.ai itself sets no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. The Paddle checkout experience occurs through Paddle-controlled checkout surfaces and is governed by Paddle's privacy and cookie practices.
6. International data transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries outside your country of residence, including where Paddle, Cloudflare, or their subprocessors operate infrastructure. 알티피전스(Altifigence) uses service providers that apply contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards for cross-border processing.
7. Retention
- Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and for the period needed for legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes after closure.
- Support correspondence is retained for the period needed to provide support, maintain issue history, and resolve disputes.
- Server and access logs are retained for security, reliability, abuse-prevention, and operational diagnostics, then deleted or aggregated when no longer needed.
- Payment, tax, invoice, refund, chargeback, and card-related records are retained by Paddle according to Paddle's legal and operational obligations.
8. Data-subject rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, restriction of processing, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal or processing required by law or contract.
Requests may be sent to privacy@pccx.ai. 알티피전스(Altifigence) may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. For Paddle-controlled payment data, you may also need to contact Paddle buyer support through the links in your receipt or billing portal.
