Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation terms for PCCX™ Labs subscriptions and digital-service access.

Refunds
1. Scope and business details
This policy applies to PCCX™ Labs subscription purchases unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Online paid checkout is intended to be conducted through Paddle. Paddle may act as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for paid online purchases and may administer checkout, billing, tax, invoices, refunds, chargebacks, and customer billing portal functions. 알티피전스(Altifigence) provides the PCCX™ Labs software and service.
2. Relationship to Paddle policy and mandatory rights
For Paddle-processed transactions, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy also apply to payment handling. Paddle's current refund policy is available at paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. Where local consumer law grants a longer or non-waivable refund, cancellation, withdrawal, chargeback, or dispute right, that right controls.
3. Fourteen-day first-purchase refund window
A first-time paid subscription purchase for PCCX™ Labs may be refunded if the refund request is submitted within 14 days after the initial purchase date for that subscription. The refund applies to the first paid subscription purchase for the relevant account or customer, not to later renewals, unless mandatory law or a written agreement requires otherwise.
When a first-purchase refund is approved, paid subscription access and paid entitlements may be terminated, downgraded, or deactivated after the refund is processed.
4. Korea consumer cancellation reference
For Korean consumer transactions involving digital content or digital services, applicable law or Paddle policy may provide an unconditional cancellation period measured from delivery or transaction timing. This policy is intended to sit alongside those rights and does not reduce them.
5. Renewals
Renewals are cancel-only after the renewal occurs. No prorated, partial, or unused-period refund is provided for the remaining portion of a paid subscription period after a renewal has occurred, unless mandatory law, Paddle policy, or a separate written agreement requires otherwise.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access to paid entitlements may continue until the end of the already-paid subscription period unless the account is terminated for breach, refund, chargeback, security, or legal reasons.
6. How to request a refund or cancel
- Use the Paddle receipt, buyer support link, customer portal link, or manage-subscription link provided with the purchase, invoice, or billing email when available.
- Contact billing@altifigence.com with the account email, order reference, subscription tier, and requested action.
Refunds, if approved, are returned through the original payment method or another method supported by Paddle.
7. Digital-service nature of PCCX™ Labs
PCCX™ Labs is a digital software and service product. It may include a desktop application, account access, license entitlements, documentation, downloads, cloud-hosted account or entitlement services, and support correspondence. No physical goods are shipped.
8. Technical issues or missing access
If you cannot access paid PCCX™ Labs entitlements after payment confirmation, contact support with the order reference and account email. If a material technical issue prevents access to the purchased digital service and cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued according to this policy, Paddle's policy, mandatory law, or a written agreement.
9. Free tier
The Free tier carries no subscription charge, so no refund applies to Free tier access.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
If you dispute a charge through a bank, card network, PayPal, or other payment provider, Paddle may handle the payment dispute as Merchant of Record. Access to the relevant paid entitlement may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.
11. Future mobile app store purchases
If PCCX™ Labs is later sold through a mobile app store, purchases made through that app store will be governed by that app store's own refund, cancellation, billing, and payment rules. This policy does not create current mobile app store purchase rights.
