Technical record

Technical overview and claims boundary.

PCCX public pages describe accelerator architecture direction, reference RTL direction, validation workflow, lab tooling, research notes, and evaluation routes. They do not by themselves claim production readiness.

Scope

PCCX is presented as a public accelerator IP record set: architecture notes, reference RTL direction, validation records, research pages, and controlled evaluation contact routes. Public material is for information, documentation, research, review, and inquiry.

Public work areas

PCCX StandardInterface terms, profile boundaries, and conformance notes.
PCCX OpenCoreReference RTL direction, dispatch path, datapath notes, and public study baseline.
PCCX LabTrace records, regression notes, validation workflow, and evidence handling.
PCCX EvaluationRepository index, written status, risk summary, and technical discussion route.

Claims that require reviewed evidence

Production, stable API or ABI, timing closure, bitstream readiness, board-level operation, throughput, benchmark, tape-out, commercial silicon readiness, certification, compatibility approval, and sponsor or partner status require reviewed records and clear context before publication.

Evaluation route

Evaluation starts from a written packet that identifies public status, repository index, evidence policy, limitations, and contact scope. A public website link does not grant production rights, integration support, source license expansion, tape-out rights, or private IP access.

Research route

The Research portal contains citable engineering notes and evidence summaries. Research pages are kept separate from commercial promises, and archive/citation metadata should not be read as a readiness claim.

Boundary sentence

PCCX public material is evidence-gated: claims move from draft wording to public claim only when the supporting record exists and the limitation text stays visible.
