For non-confidential submissions, the submitter grants PCCX a non-exclusive right to receive, reproduce, route, evaluate, preserve, and respond to the submission for business, legal, security, and technical review. Public submissions do not create employment, equity, royalties, revenue share, sponsor benefits, partnership, or exclusive rights.
Downloadable forms, policies, PDFs, templates, reports, and public records may be used for PCCX intake, review, legal/IP, security, billing, tax, evaluation, or other stated purposes. Submitting a completed form does not create a contract, license, evaluation right, production right, sponsor relationship, investor relationship, or approval unless PCCX signs a separate written agreement.
Good-faith reports involving public PCCX websites, repositories, documentation, and designated contact surfaces should be sent to security@pccx.ai. Do not conduct privacy violations, data destruction, denial of service, social engineering, physical attacks, or access beyond what is necessary to demonstrate the issue.
PCCX, PCCX OpenCore, PCCX ProCore, PCCX ASICKit, PCCX Standard, PCCX Compatible, and related names or badges may be used only according to written permission and published policy. Truthful plain-text reference to PCCX may be allowed when necessary for commentary, compatibility discussion, review, or identification.
