Terms of Service

Additional commerce notice fields, including phone and e-commerce filing number, will be posted before the live paid checkout is opened.

PCCX™ Labs means the PCCX™ Labs software product, desktop application, account surfaces, hosted service components, entitlement records, documentation, support channels, and related materials provided by 알티피전스(Altifigence).

2. Related documents

These Terms incorporate the Purchase and Order Terms, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and End User License Agreement. A separate written Enterprise agreement controls only where it expressly conflicts with these public terms.

3. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, starting a subscription, downloading the desktop application, accessing a customer review package, or using PCCX™ Labs, you accept these Terms. If you use PCCX™ Labs for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You may use PCCX™ Labs only if you can form a legally binding contract and are not prohibited from receiving the service under applicable law.

4. Account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account, billing, organization, and contact information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential.
• You must promptly notify 알티피전스(Altifigence) of unauthorized account use or security incidents involving your account.
• You must keep seats, users, machines, and usage within the limits of your active plan, order, or written agreement.

5. Subscription tiers and billing

PCCX™ Labs may be offered in Free, Pro, and Enterprise routes. Free provides limited access without a subscription charge. Pro provides paid access under the plan entitlements shown at purchase or in the order record. Enterprise provides organization-level access, support, deployment planning, NRE review, or custom terms under a written order or separate written agreement.

Online paid checkout is intended to be conducted through Paddle. Paddle or the applicable Paddle group entity acts as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for online transactions, and may handle payment processing, billing, currency conversion where applicable, invoices, tax calculation, tax collection, tax remittance, refunds, chargebacks, and buyer billing support.

Payment methods, card data, tax information, checkout records, invoices, and billing portal functions may be collected and processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. PCCX™ Labs does not collect or store payment card numbers.

6. Price and plan changes

알티피전스(Altifigence) may change prices, plan names, tier limits, features, or entitlements with prior notice. Changes to paid recurring subscriptions apply from the next renewal period unless applicable law, Paddle checkout terms, or a written agreement requires a different timing.

7. Acceptable use

• You must not use PCCX™ Labs to violate law, infringe rights, or bypass technical restrictions.
• You must not interfere with service security, availability, authentication, billing, entitlement enforcement, or rate limits.
• You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or probe non-public systems without written authorization.
• You must not share private review packages, license keys, entitlement records, or customer-specific materials outside the authorized account, organization, or written order scope.

8. IP ownership

PCCX™ Labs, PCCX™ names, documentation, site copy, diagrams, artwork, logos, trademarks, software, service design, and related IP rights remain owned by 알티피전스(Altifigence) or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly provided in these Terms, the EULA, an applicable open-source license, or a separate written agreement.

9. Third-party and open-source components

PCCX™ Labs may include or interoperate with third-party software, open-source components, package managers, frameworks, APIs, hosting providers, and payment providers. Open-source components remain subject to their own license terms. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies.

10. Disclaimers

PCCX™ Labs is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis except where a separate written agreement states otherwise. 알티피전스(Altifigence) disclaims implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 알티피전스(Altifigence) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, procurement of substitute services, or engineering schedule impact.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of 알티피전스(Altifigence) for claims relating to PCCX™ Labs is limited to the amount paid by you for PCCX™ Labs during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. For Free tier use, the aggregate liability is limited to KRW 100,000.

12. Suspension and termination

알티피전스(Altifigence) may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create security or legal risk, exceed subscription entitlements, or use the service in a manner that could harm PCCX™ Labs or other users.

You may stop using PCCX™ Labs at any time. Cancellation and refund handling for paid subscriptions is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy and may also be handled through Paddle buyer support or a Paddle billing portal link.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Korean court, except where mandatory consumer law requires a different forum.

14. Modification of terms

알티피전스(Altifigence) may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date or by providing notice through account, billing, or contact channels. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
