Purchase and Order Terms
Order, checkout consent, renewal, cancellation, and payment-provider terms for PCCX™ Labs purchases.

Purchase
1. Scope
These Purchase and Order Terms supplement the PCCX™ Labs Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and End User License Agreement.
They apply to online purchases, subscription orders, renewal handling, checkout consent, and billing support for PCCX™ Labs unless a separate written Enterprise agreement states otherwise.
2. Business and support details

Billing and purchase support: billing@altifigence.com. Additional commerce notice fields, including phone and e-commerce filing number, will be posted before the live paid checkout is opened.
3. Paddle checkout and merchant of record
Online paid checkout for PCCX™ Labs is intended to be conducted through Paddle. Paddle acts as authorized reseller and Merchant of Record for online transactions, and may handle payment processing, taxes, invoices, receipts, refunds, billing portal functions, and buyer billing support.
By completing a Paddle checkout, the buyer also agrees to Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, as presented or linked by Paddle at checkout. Paddle may identify the applicable Paddle contracting entity based on the buyer location and the transaction method.
PCCX™ Labs does not collect or store payment card numbers. Card details and payment-method records are handled by Paddle and its payment providers.
4. Order review before purchase
Before a live paid order is submitted, the buyer should be able to review the product, subscription tier, billing period, price, renewal cadence, taxes or currency information shown by Paddle, and the policies linked from the checkout or billing page.
The buyer is responsible for checking account email, billing information, tax information, plan selection, and order quantity before confirming the order.
5. Checkout consent and agreement language
The checkout flow should require the buyer to confirm that they have reviewed and accepted these documents:
- Terms of Service
- Purchase and Order Terms
- Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Privacy Policy
- End User License Agreement, where desktop software is downloaded or used
For digital access, the buyer requests delivery of PCCX™ Labs access after payment confirmation and acknowledges that cancellation or refund handling follows the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Paddle's buyer terms, and mandatory consumer rights.
6. Subscription plans and renewals
PCCX™ Labs may offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise routes. Free access has no subscription charge. Pro may be offered as a monthly or yearly paid subscription. Enterprise purchases are handled by written order, invoice, or separate agreement.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled, unless the checkout, order record, or written agreement states otherwise. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a period already paid unless the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Paddle's policy, mandatory law, or a written agreement requires a refund.
7. Price, taxes, and invoices
Prices may be shown before tax, inclusive of tax, or converted by Paddle depending on buyer location, currency, and checkout configuration. Paddle may calculate, collect, remit, and invoice applicable taxes as Merchant of Record.
Enterprise tax invoice, procurement, or purchase-order handling must be agreed in writing before the Enterprise order is accepted.
8. Access delivery and entitlement records
After payment confirmation, PCCX™ Labs may provide account access, subscription entitlement records, license instructions, download access, or support instructions. Access may require a valid account email and successful entitlement synchronization.
If fulfillment is delayed by a technical issue, contact billing@altifigence.com with the order reference and account email.
9. Trials, promotions, and plan changes
Trials, discounts, coupons, promotional prices, or beta access apply only when shown at checkout or confirmed in writing. Plan changes may alter entitlements, billing amount, renewal timing, or access scope from the effective date shown in the account, Paddle portal, order record, or written agreement.
10. Enterprise orders
Enterprise orders may include custom scope, support, deployment planning, procurement terms, NRE review, or customer-specific review packages. These terms apply only to the extent they do not conflict with the signed Enterprise order or other written agreement.
11. Relationship to other documents
If these Purchase and Order Terms conflict with a signed Enterprise agreement, the signed Enterprise agreement controls for that Enterprise customer. If a Paddle buyer term controls the payment transaction as Merchant of Record, Paddle's term controls that transaction handling. PCCX™ Labs product access remains governed by the Terms of Service and EULA.
